Ultrasonic
Testing
Ultrasonic testing uses high frequency sound energy to evaluate a variety of materials to produce vital information. This test is generally used for flaw detection, dimensional measurements and surface thickness measurements. It is one of the more widely used forms of non-destructive test.

Party Inspection
Third party inspection refers to independent inspection services.
While first and second inspections are conducted by
sellers and buyers respectively, third party inspections are
conducted by parties other than the buyers and sellers.

objectives to locate and quantify the defects and degradation in

One of the more well-known non-destructive testing methods in local
oil and gas industries. Magnetic particle inspection is used to detect surface and subsurface discontinuities in ferromagnetic materials such as iron, nickel, cobalt and some of their alloys.

Hardness testing helps measure how resistant solid matter is to various kinds of permanent shape changes when force is applied. Our test will help to measure and reveal the hardness properties of our Client's material.
Dye penetrant inspection is a widely applied inspection method used to check surface-breaking defects in all non-porous materials including metals, plastics and ceramics. This can be used to detect casting, forging and welding surface defects such as hairline cracks, surface porosity, leaks in new products and fatigue cracks on in-service components.
